Then I went to my live site and there is no update available for jigo integration in the store. Is this a random thing.
I tried to refresh and empty cashe and so on. But nothing hapens. So now I cant update the live site.
I am just curious.

I only made a refresh page... So now it is there. Problemos solved.

If you go to Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins, please find the actual Jigo plugin (not the PageLines integration). This should show the current version. If it's the same as the one available at WP.org, then you have the latest version.
At least you'll know which Jigoshop version you're actually running.
One possibility.. during the update you did, one or more files may not have been correctly updated.
If the version showing in our little examination is the same as available, download the plugin from the WP.org site, then go to your wp-content/plugins/jigo (not sure of the folder name) and delete the folder. Make sure its not the pagelines integration!
Then, via Dashboard > Plugins > Add New, install Jigo from scratch.
