There is no 'hook'
The source comment is added for 1 reason, so when you ask for support our staff can see what software you are using and answer quickly. If you insist on removing it it means we then have to dig deeper to find out what version of whatever you are using.
Like I said before, its up to you if you remove it you need to dequeue 'pagelines_head_common' from the 'pagelines_head' action. The create you own action that includes all the other stuff that pagelines_head_common has in it.
Alternatively take 10s to search google for a plugin that strips html comments on WordPress.
