NEWBIE!

I am having trouble figuring out how to create spacing between Brandnav & Nav Classic menus.

Website here..

I want the block-menu to be up higher, and the line to be right along the bottom of the block-menu buttons.

I have created most of the menus using CSS, but not sure if this is the best way to do it.

Can you help?

Hi, I´m not sure but

You can try add in
PageLines > Site Options > Custom Code > CSS Rules

You can change #px as you like

It is advisable to learn how to do this on your own too.

Thx
This is the work around I used for it to work...

#nav_row {
border-bottom: 1px solid #9e0509;
height: 23px; /* to align the line */
}

Hi,

You could remove your code and add the following instead, changing the values to your preferred choice.

How can I reduce the padding on the full width sidebar - Which I have directly under my brandnav currently. I already have the brand nav padding set to 0 using the tips above. Thank you!

Hi,

i have had to use negative values in the padding and margins (careful though as WC3 approves neg in margins but not padding) some websites to s achieve this.I find all the divs and ids frustrating and wish there was a button to reset all the padd and margins.

Pureandsimple, please in future, open a new topic. Once a topic is marked resolved, we do not review them.

Additionally, it's considered topic hijacking.

Thanks for your understanding.
