Password Protected area within site

password members only password

Within my site, there's a "members only" area. When I went "live". the password I told the program to use, doesn't work. Anyone help? Also, 3 more boxes appeared on the sign-in page! (see attached).

I don't know what plugin you're using for that, or how you implemented it. However, any good password protection system has a "lost password" system or uses WordPress for that function. I'd suggest using the documentation of that plugin to find out where the lost password function is located, browse to it and seek your password or change it. In nearly 100% of these cases, the cause is an error in password entry.... either in creation of it or typing.
