Resolved separate each part showing the background between them

Question

Posted · Report post

Hi,

I'm new here.

I wonder how I can leave an empty an space between the main container and sidebars to show the background between them.

I tried applying margins in sidebars (I'm using two sidebars on each side) but the first one goes down.

this is my code:

#sidebar1{ background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9); }

#sidebar2{ background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9); }

#column-main, .mcolumn{ background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9); width:90%; margin: 0 10px 0 10px;}

thanks!

Thanks anyway.

Soon you will be able to see the site.

I just found out how to do it. I hope it's a cross browser solution.

I have just updated pagelines framework, CSS integration it's upgraded. The only thing it can't be done there is copy and paste the code in another place. (I get lazy some times, like now, i wanted to show you the code...CSS.jpg

Bye!
