I just need to know if there is a way to speed up the Quick Slider loading time or does it have to do with the type of photo's I use. Also, is there a recommended type of photo that loads faster than others? Thank You

You have image with 488Kb/385Kb/395Kb in your QuickSlider You can try upload image with 100Kb or less to load faster. To do this you can: Adjust the definition without losing quality Resize the image size at the QuikSlider

How can I change it without distorting the image and changing the size?

To edit an images size, you can use applications such as GIMP or Adobe PhotoShop. You can also use a plugin called Smushit or an application called jpegMini to reduce your image size.
