If you provide a link to your site, we might have a sound answer for you quickly. Do you use Firebug or Chrome Inspection Tools? I strongly suggest you use one of them as they'd point you to the code on the example site and you could replicate on your own.

I think it's possible to add the button as a background image (without the "Continue" text) since the "Read More" text link would be blocking it. You'd just need to replace the "Read More" text in the template code with the word "Continue" and use CSS to make the font Helvetica/Arial so that it mimics the look of the text in the button you have now.

I've not created such a customization before. Testing, I tried a background. It worked, but did not replace the actual text. I suspect therefore, this will require a hook or a customized section. Use Action Map (one of our free plugins) to find the action, and from that you can write a hook or identify the section to clone and edit.

Catrina's suggestion is true, however editing the core files is NOT supported or recommended as future updates will overwrite the work you did. This is why I suggested the Action Map. If you read through the Wiki, you will find plenty of resources on customizing such things. We are unable to customize your site directly through the forums and happily provide Pros who can develop customizations for you (for a fee). I'd strongly urge you to get and use Firebug for Firefox (

) or use Chrome's Inspection Tools to test CSS.

will help you learn some basic CSS to coordinate with what you find with either Firebug or the Tools.
