Since 2.1 I have notice a little slowness in page load speed. I have now added CDN to my site but it was still a little slow. I disabled google fonts at the advice of MAXCDN and the site does run quicker. Is there a way I can add just a single font "Open Sans"...? Thanks. John

I assume you got Open Sans from Google Fonts, correct? When you were using Google Fonts previously, were you using the plugin or just implementing the code provided by Google Fonts? I highly recommend the latter if you haven't used it already.

Hi Catrina, At the moment I'm using the google fonts plugin through PageLines but it seems a little process heavy when loading the page. Is there a way I can add it 'locally'? Thanks.

It isnt process heavy, google fonts are loaded remotely from the google servers. If you dont want to use external fonts then just use the browser built in fonts.
