Add it to the top of your custom CSS box.

I'm looking on Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox -all Mac and the nav is ranged left :)

Place the import statement, at the very top of your custom css box, and your navigation will be centered.

The shortened, one line logo is centred fine - great. However, problem on Safari: drop-downs disappear before you get a chance to click on them. Also, drop-downs aren't really centred beneath their parent.
