How can I remove the "home" icon from the nav bar (holditbaby.com/blog) and simply have the "Blog Home" button act in its place?

Hey, You'd need to go into the theme editor section of WP-admin and on the right hand side find the file called _nav.php. Either remove or comment (<!-- to start and --> to end) the following:

<X class="home" href="<?php echo get_settings('home'); ?>/" title="<?php _e('Home',TDOMAIN);?>" style="background-image: url('<?php e_pagelines('nav_home_image', THEME_IMAGES.'/home-icon-trans.png');?>');">
					<?php _e('Home',TDOMAIN);?>
				</X>

[X here is 'a', can't get it to show in the code for some reason!]
