Don't know what the heck is going on.... when I click on my menu items... some pages go to an install wordpress page... or adds the install page behind the actual link... Tried logging out, with different browsers and same thing. Any suggestions?

Which pages/menu items are you noticing this on?

It was random... and when I kept selecting it... it would clear.. this also happened on another site we have with the same host... today seems to be working... could have been a maintenance thing and have the question out to our provider... Will let you know what happens.

I tried searching for this issue to see if it has happened on another WordPress site before but couldn't find anything.

@alisamski: "this also happened on another site we have with the same host". Are you using shared hosting? For me this is a GIANT RED FLAG in terms of security. You may want to look at other hosting options. This does not appear to be a PL issue.
