Could anyone provide an analysis of this page: http://www.pagelines.com/tour/ regarding which sections are being used from the top down. For example, there are three menus, which is primary, secondary, etc? Thanks.

I would consider the topmost menu (Plans & Pricing, Tour, etc.) would be primary menu (but it is formatted differently using CSS and images). The tour navigation isn't secondary. It's a completely separate menu that doesn't have anything to do with the topmost menu. As for the content below, it's generated using HTML in a page and CSS is used to customize the styling.

The tour page is a custom section designed for that page.
