Does anyone know how I can move the page-title (just the page title) code into the header? I am having a hard time placing it exactly where I need it and I'm wondering if this would maybe fix it. Thanks

It's most likely possible with CSS.

I'm trying to move the page title and its background into the white space above. It needs to be above the red line.

To achieve this level of customization you will likely need considerably more help than is possible from a forum support setting. A hook as well as changes to a section will be needed and while Catrina is correct that CSS can help, it's not the total solution as you're moving an element from one position within a section to another. I'd suggest that you write to hello@pagelines.com and request a Pro, citing this topic URL in the email and requesting a quote. I've tried doing this myself with CSS and it didn't work and discovered the need for extensive customization. It is totally possible but it will take a pro developer to achieve it.
