I want to make the logo in the site branding section link to another site when clicked on. How do I change it because right now it currently links to the page it is on. Thanks.

If you have PlatformBase activated (which you should), please FTP into your site and navigate to wp-content/themes/platformbase and open functions.php in a text editor.

At the end of the file, add this, making sure it's modified to your needs:
 add_filter('pagelines_site_logo', 'my_header');

	function my_header($header) {
	  $header = sprintf('<a class="mainlogo-link" href="%s" title="%s"><img class="mainlogo-img" src="%s" alt="%s" /></a>', 'http://www.YOURSITE.com/', get_bloginfo('name'), esc_url(pagelines_option('pagelines_custom_logo')), get_bloginfo('name'));
	  return $header;
	}
