Hi All, please help. I checked the button on whitehouse pro to hide the introduction and then everything I had done in the theme was erased...everything! All the features are gone. And when I even try to enable the introduction again it won't come back. I did so much work and it's gone. Is there a way to retrieve the settings? It seems the install of WH Pro is corrupted now.

Please help...the theme doesn't seem to be working anymore. I can't add new features or anything.

When you unchecked that box, did you save? Did you restart your browser and go back to the admin panel again?

Hi Rangelone, yes I hit save and I have tried restarting my browser and using a different browser. The theme doesn't seem to work. I don't know what to do. I am surprised that it seems I am the only one facing this issue. Any ideas on how I can get a developers attention on this? Thanks for responding.

I've bumped this up for developer attention.

Even if it shows up as answered, it's still open until one of us closes the ticket. Rejected however, means you don't accept my answer or solution. In this case, it could mean you don't want the developer's attention. If you don't, then I just need to alert them to that. I'll do what you need or wish.

oh, my apologies...I do want the attention, of course. I was confused by the Q&A system. What do I need to do?

If its marked for developers, someone will answer it whether or not you accept or reject, but I think if you reject, it will look more like it needs attention. Anyway, have you tried deactivating all your plugins to see if there is a conflict?

On the admin side, I have lost all functionality for the features, global settings etc.

You could try reuploading all your themes files via ftp. Your settings are in the database, so if they are still there, they wont be affected.

This has also just happened to me in Whitehouse Pro, I can't even have my own logo as the url for the logo doesn't save anymore, it was working ok right up until two hours ago, There's been nothing new added either, at present i just have the site name and meta description showing where the logo should be

There were no small changes made, either?
