PagelinesPro not saving settings

Question

Posted · Report post

I'm having difficulties changing my themes settings. I've read other threads about this problem but couldn't figure a solution. I'm trying to change the font family (to Droid) My set up (clean install): http://www.zerobit.com.br/ Wordpress 3.2.1 PlatformPro 1.5.3 PlatformBase 1.4.1 Both directories (PlatformPro, PlatformBase) and subdirectories have 777 permissions. Ajax Saving was disabled. All changes are saved but the css rules aren't being used in my page. My dynamic.css=153-XXX(...): h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, .site-title { font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",Times,serif; } body, .font1, .font-primary, .commentlist { font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",Times,serif; } .font2, .font-sub, ul.main-nav li a, #secondnav li a, .metabar, .subtext, .subhead, .widget-title, .post-comments, .reply a, .editpage, #pagination .wp-pagenavi, .post-edit-link, #wp-calendar caption, #wp-calendar thead th, .soapbox-links a, .fancybox, .standard-form .admin-links, #featurenav a, .pagelines-blink, .ftitle small { font-family: "Lucida Grande","Lucida Sans","Lucida Sans Unicode",sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.1em; text-transform: uppercase; } input[type="text"], input[type="password"], textarea, #dsq-content textarea { font-family: Courier,Verdana,sans-serif; } Any clues ? thanks!

Is PlatformBase your active theme? Do you have anything in your custom CSS box or in style.css?

Yes, it is. Clean install. Chmod 777 everything. Changed some fonts and background colors. I've cleaned my browsers cache and reloaded the page. As far as i can see from firebug, I got: http://www.zerobit.com.br/wp-content/themes/platformpro/pro/pro.css?ver=153-031411192440 http://www.zerobit.com.br/wp-content/themes/platformbase/style.css?ver=153-052111200528 http://www.zerobit.com.br/wp-content/themes/platformpro/css/dynamic.css?ver=153-090211221542 http://www.zerobit.com.br/wp-content/themes/platformpro/style.css http://www.zerobit.com.br/wp-content/themes/platformpro/css/common.css I couldn't find any occurrences of "Droid" (font), "#d108d1", "#ff00ff", etc... in these .css. I can't figure what is going on. Pagelines seems to be saving my settings on Design Control and Typography screens. My Custom CSS Rules is unchanged: body{} My style.css is: http://www.zerobit.com.br/wp-content/themes/platformbase/style.css?ver=153-052111200528 Any clues ?

Do you have any caching plugins installed? They will impact an issue like this. If not, please visit this thread and do as instructed. Hopefully one of the fixes in the thread works!

Thanks. I've alread read this topic and followed those instructions, but no luck. As fas as I can see, Pagelines is saving my settings (DB perhaps - I don't know where), but it isn't being written into any .css file.

I've run out of ideas. Hopefully someone else will think of things that I've forgotten. Don't worry, we'll get this figured out. :)
