Perhaps you are able to guide me: The site will be used as a consultancy where designated contributors will be able to input information on specific topics, consult on what's being presented, decide final outcome, and have solutions stated on the site. This is more like a 'consultants' consultancy, where members & respondents are required to sign-in in order to present their opinions. The general public is ONLY allowed to read the presentations, but NOT offer input. How can this procedure be established and controlled by the administrator?
