The CSS should be added to Custom Code and the footer itself needs to be added to the footer file. You can edit the footer file directly, but the problem with that is that the change you make will be overwritten when you upgrade the theme. This can be avoided by creating a child theme for StationPro so that you can edit files without worrying about your changes disappearing after theme updates. More on that here: http://codex.wordpre...rg/Child_Themes
If you don't mind making the change to the file directly, I can show you what code to use. What code are you using right now? Also, can you please post a link to your site?

Thanks for your comments. They also present me with additional challenges.
(a) First, my URL: http://www.prallagon.com
I've tried several times with this Custom Code but could not get it to work:
© You stated "The CSS should be added to Custom Code and the footer itself needs to be added to the footer file." On previous occasions I modified both 'Footer' and 'more_foot' files to obtain desired website design results. Now I require the specifics of exactly how to place CC and alter the footer file to complete the task of placing a second footer that reflects the one above in color but with size and style differences. Width would remain the same but height will change to accommodate content. I desire to complete a much simplified version of the footer seen at http://www.ey.com/
(d) I've just created a Child theme but have yet to install it. My fear is that this may undo some work already completed. How do I avoid disturbing changes already completed to the footer files?
(e) And to preserve these changes quality backs must become the norm. I now understand that some software used for this purpose will store content but not site design structure. Please comment.
