Andrew I can not get the ad-minister plugin to work. What settings should I have for the ad-minister control panel? I've added the theme position "Small Banner" unfortunately that did nothing. Do i still need to add a widget position? Do I need to have div tags for the wrapper indicator?

Did you enable it (in options) then visit the site, then go back to the plugin? It should show up automatically if you do that, but you may have to try a couple times

I noticed it showed up on one of my categories side bar.. then I realized that the ad was showing up because I had the 'ID' tagged to #1, which is the category number for that ad. Is there not a way for the AD to appear on all pages/post using the sidebar? I'm really confused now, the widget is still not showing up in the 'widgets panel' thanks

Yes, did you enable ads in the options?

Go to the plugin provider on this one...
