Started working on my first WordPress page using Platform. Downloaded a Twitter widget and recieved the following:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_twitter() (previously declared in /usr/cpanel/imaginep/public_html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-twitter-profile-widget/advanced-twitter-profile-widget.php:31) in /usr/cpanel/imaginep/public_html/wp-content/plugins/twitter-for-wordpress/twitter.php on line 147

I am no longer able to access the site or the admin panel.

Can anyone help me with this?

you have two twitter plugins sharing the same function name, bad programming practice ;) OK easy to fix. Simply delete one or both of the twitter plugin folders using FTP or your cpanel file editor. This will disable the plugin and you can login again.

Access you site via ftp and navigate to wp-content/plugins and manually delete the new twitter widget. You should then be able to access your site.
